About Melissa
Melissa received both her bachelor’s degree and Master of Arts degree in psychology from Montclair State University, as well as a master’s degree in social work from New York University. She is a licensed social worker. Prior to joining Connie Rosenberg & Associates Care Management in 2020, Melissa had worked for over 20 years in the social work field, including managing the intake department of a community mental health center and, most recently, serving as a social worker in a large continuing care retirement community (CCRC). Additionally, Melissa has experience working in subacute rehab, long-term care, and psychotherapy. In her work roles, she has provided case management, counseling, crisis intervention, advocacy, and support to a diverse clientele.
