About Lisa
Lisa received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Miami and her MSW from Rutgers University’s School of Social Work. She is a licensed clinical social worker. Prior to joining Connie Rosenberg & Associates Care Management in 2004, Lisa had been practicing for more than 15 years in psychiatric and medical social work. She has extensive experience in emergency services, outpatient counseling, social work in a home care setting, and recreation therapy services in a nursing home setting. Additionally, Lisa was program director of a large older adult social group. Currently Lisa’s role at CRCM is primarily to assist with weekend On Call responsibilities.
