About Bernice
Bernice obtained her Associate and Nursing Degrees from S.U.N.Y. at Rockland N.Y.
Prior to joining Connie Rosenberg and Associates Care Management in 2022 Bernice was the Nurse Manager in an Assisted Living facility that was part of a Continuing Care Retirement Community. Her extensive experience and passion in the field of Geriatric Healthcare has included: acute care nursing; supervisor in a long term care/nursing home setting; home care nurse and a solo practitioner in Geriatric Care Management.
Bernice is certified as a Geriatric Care Manager by the National Academy of Certified Care Managers and is an Aging Life Care® Professional
