About Michelle
Michelle has a bachelor’s degree in sociology and a master’s degree in social work from Kean University. Prior to joining Connie Rosenberg & Associates Care Management in 2020, Michelle worked in the area of geriatrics for 10 years. She spearheaded and ran two grant programs, providing in-home visits to promote aging in place while focusing on preventing unnecessary hospitalizations. She was also a social work manager working in a skilled nursing setting and served on a palliative care team. She was a planning board member and a screener for the National Memory Screening Program, an initiative of the Alzheimer’s Foundation of America. She is a Certified Dementia Practitioner by the National Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners. Michelle is certified as a Geriatric Care Manager by the National Academy of Certified Care Managers and is an Aging Life Care Professional®.
