About Elizabeth
I have spent my Nursing career in acute care, first as a unit nurse and currently as an Administrative Supervisor. I am also an Oncology Certified Nurse. Since joining Connie Rosenberg & Associates Care Management in 2025 my primary responsibility is medication management.
Working with CRCM is a perfect twilight to my career. I really enjoy the 1 to 1 interaction with clients again. I am honored to assist by assuming the increasingly complicated task of medication set up and refill and coordination of care.
