About Erin
Erin was raised in Georgia and earned her bachelor’s degree in sociology from Georgia State University. It was there her passion for working with older adults began and was fostered by her Gerontology professors. Erin received her master’s in social work from Loyola University Chicago, specializing in mental health. Erin’s passion continued to grow in Chicago where she provided clinical case management services, care coordination, and psychosocial support within the non-profit health and housing sector. Erin has been living in New Jersey since November of 2020, making NJ her forever home.
Prior to joining Connie Rosenberg & Associates Care Management in 2024, Erin worked as a social worker within an interdisciplinary team, providing services in long-term care, memory care, and short-term rehab settings. She diversified her social work practice by obtaining an Assisted Living Administrator license and was an assisted living manager for two years. Erin led a holistic person-centered approach to ensure high quality client care and enhanced understanding of the importance of honoring individual’s needs and preferences. Erin offers 9 years of geriatric experience and is a licensed social worker in New Jersey.
