About Yvonne
Yvonne received her bachelor’s degree in English from Montclair State University. Years later, she was inspired to study social work with a concentration in gerontology after volunteering in the hospice/palliative care department of a VA hospital. She then went on to get her Master of Science in Social Administration (MSW equivalent) from Case Western Reserve University.
Yvonne is a New Jersey native and a licensed social worker who specializes in aging and mental health. Prior to joining Connie Rosenberg & Associates Care Management in 2025, Yvonne spent the last 8 years working as a geriatric social worker in a variety of settings: geriatric psychiatry, Medicaid/insurance case management, nursing home, inpatient rehabilitation, and hospice. This wide and varied background provides valuable insight into the aging field, which she draws on assisting CRCM clients and families.
