About Judy
Judy received a BA in psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, a Masters of Social Work (MSW) from New York University Silver School of Social Work and a Master’s of Science in Management (MSM) from New York University Wagner School of Public Service.
Prior to joining Connie Rosenberg & Associates Care Management in 2022, Judy worked for 10 years at Rutgers University School of Social Work as a Field Liaison, mentoring and monitoring masters level social work students in their internships. Prior to moving to NJ in 2006, Judy’s career included various positions within the Mental Health Division of the New York City (NYC) Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (DOHMH), including as Co-Director of the Depression in Primary Care Initiative. In this role, Judy piloted a depression screening program for seniors at NYC senior centers in conjunction with the NYC Department of the Aging. She also monitored mental health programs funded by the DOHMH, including several program models developed to specifically serve the geriatric population. Judy is a licensed social worker in the state of New Jersey.
